There are so many brilliant people on the front-line of veganism, leading the way and inspiring others in the process.

New book, Legends of Change, features true stories from real vegan women – entrepreneurs, doctors, nutrition experts, Olympic athletes and activists – intended to be told to real women, to show them that positive change is possible.

The women whose stories are featured include, Heather Mills (philanthropist), Ingrid Newkirk (PETA president), Fiona Oakes (multiple world record holder), Dr Angie Sadeghi and Dr Ruth Heidrich PhD, along with many more.

These women are all helping to lead the plant-based revolution, and hope to empower yet more women to continue it.

Positive Impact

Compiled by Rebecca Frith, the collection of short stories highlights the positive impact that veganism and a plant-based lifestyle are having on humans, animal welfare and the environment on a global scale.

The snippets speak of transformations, disease reversals, athlete performance improvements, rescued animals, changed lives, and a whole host of other awesome changes that come as a result of living this compassionate lifestyle.
