Choc Chip Flapjack

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 500ml Alpro Oat Unsweetened drink
  • 200g quick-cook oats
  • 60g brown sugar
  • 60g dark chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • A few drops vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch saltChoc Chip Flapjack

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350F/Gas 4.
  2. Mix together the Alpro Oat Unsweetened drink, oats, brown sugar, chocolate chips, peanut butter, vanilla extract and salt until smooth.
  3.  Line a baking dish with baking parchment. Pour the pie mixture in the baking dish and bake for 35 min.
  4.  Leave the flapjack to cool before slicing. Serve at room temperature.
