Choc Chip Flapjack
Serves: 8
Ingredients
- 500ml Alpro Oat Unsweetened drink
- 200g quick-cook oats
- 60g brown sugar
- 60g dark chocolate chips
- 4 tbsp natural peanut butter
- A few drops vanilla extract
- 1 pinch saltChoc Chip Flapjack
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350F/Gas 4.
- Mix together the Alpro Oat Unsweetened drink, oats, brown sugar, chocolate chips, peanut butter, vanilla extract and salt until smooth.
- Line a baking dish with baking parchment. Pour the pie mixture in the baking dish and bake for 35 min.
- Leave the flapjack to cool before slicing. Serve at room temperature.
